2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use fb7u. This platform is operated for 21+ users only. fb7u may request documentation to verify your age at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person, household, or device is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. It is your responsibility to notify fb7u as soon as possible if your information changes.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fb7u reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Any other document requested by fb7u.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on fb7u is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods:

• Upay — Mobile Payment
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this may take longer if identity verification is still in progress.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• It is preferable for deposits and withdrawals to be made through the same method.
• Withdrawals will be processed provided there is no suspicious activity on the account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on fb7u are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Sufficient balance must be available at the time of placing a bet. If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Results & Payouts

Game results are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play. Results calculated by fb7u are final. If an abnormal payout occurs due to a technical error or software issue, that amount will be considered void.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports event results are determined from fb7u's recognized data sources. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, fb7u will settle bets in accordance with its own policy. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, those bets may be subject to investigation.

6.4 Game Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours. Game logs and records will be considered the final evidence.

fb7u has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

8.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

8.2 VIP Tier Conditions

Players are promoted to VIP tiers based on their activity and engagement. fb7u reserves the right to modify or withdraw any VIP benefit at its discretion. VIP cashback may have its own wagering requirements, which will be communicated separately.

10.1 Closure by fb7u

fb7u reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, however any promotional bonuses will be forfeited.
